Pastor Henrickson was born and raised in the city of Chicago. He has a B.A. in Education from Concordia University Chicago and an M.Div. and S.T.M. from Concordia Seminary St. Louis. He is the pastor of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Bonne Terre, Missouri, and the vacancy pastor of Grace Lutheran Church in De Soto, Missouri. For Wittenberg Academy, he teaches a course on the Lutheran Reformation. He also teaches Greek and Latin online courses for the Consortium for Classical Lutheran Education, and served for a year as visiting Assistant Professor of Theology at Concordia University Chicago. He was one of the original hosts of the “Concord Matters” program on KFUO. He has written a number of hymns and has translated Swedish theological works into English. His wife is Susan, and his adult daughter is Anna. Pastor Henrickson is a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan!
