Mrs. Mumme grew up in Columbus, Indiana and received a B.A. from Concordia University River Forest, Illinois. Her husband, David, is the pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Waterville, Minnesota. They have five children, two son-in-laws, three granddaughters, and one grandchild on the way. With no children left at home to homeschool, Glenda has joined two different book club groups as a way to continue educating herself.
