Rev. Paul Cain

Rhetoric Teacher

Pastor Paul Cain was born in Burwell, NE and currently lives in Sheridan, Wyoming with his wife, Ann. Pastor Cain attended the University of Nebraska and went on to Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. He has been a rostered member of the synod since 2000 and has served three congregations, his current congregation being Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sheridan, Wyoming. He served as Headmaster of the school affiliated with his church, Martin Luther Grammar School and Immanuel Academy, for over thirteen years. Pastor Cain serves in several other capacities in addition to his pastoral vocations. He is First Vice President of the Wyoming District and Chairman of its Board of Directors, he serves as a Regent for Luther Classical College, he serves as Board Member and Secretary for the Consortium for Classical Lutheran Education, he is an occasional guest on KFUO radio, he is the editor of Liturgy, Hymnody, and Pulpit Quarterly Book Review, and he is an avid speaker on Mormonism, Law and Gospel, Latin, Liturgy, Worship, Dialectic and Rhetoric, Great Books, and Classical Education.
